    The school will take place in a dynamic scientific context with new emerging models of the formation conditions of the first solids of the Solar System based on meteorite studies. In addition, important theoretical developments have been established on the conditions of dust coagulation and gas-dust instabilities in accretion disks. Finally, the observation with the ALMA interferometer (Chile) revealed complex structures with the systematic presence of rings and gaps in all extended protoplanetary disks. These new models and observations offer a unique opportunity to advance our understanding of the formation and evolution of the first objects in planetary systems, which are characterized by extremely complex phenomena at different scales. The school will thus address multiple complementary aspects of the formation of the Solar System through lectures that will be given by specialists.

    In March 2020, about a year and a half before the launch of SVOM, we organize a workshop on the operational scientific organization during the mission's operation. This organization will be based on a team of young scientists on call, able to organize the scientific follow-up of SVOM's alerts: the "Burst Advocates".We propose to train the future "Burst Advocates" by putting them in an operational situation with the simulation of alerts from the satellite.After a presentation of the expected role of "Burst Advocates", the participants will carry out four hands-on sessions spread on the whole week.

    Transition metal oxide surfaces and interfaces, twisted bilayer graphene and dichalcogenide bilayers host emergent electronic states arising from an interplay of crystal structure, kinetics, Coulomb interactions, orbital specialization and spin-orbit contributions. These confined systems can be driven across insulator to metal or to superconductor transitions, and in some cases large magneto-resistive or spin fluctuation regimes. Topological properties are also expected for several materials. The scope of the school is to present the theoretical approaches and experimental tools allowing us to capture the physics at play for these emergent states.
