Physics of Solar Cells: from Basic Principles to Advanced Characterization

Workshop
March 1, 2020 - March 6, 2020
The goal of this school is to cover the physics of solar cells from basics to most advanced concepts, with a focus on advanced characterization techniques. It will cover the fundamental principles and theoretical limits of solar cells (including advanced concepts for high efficiency), an overview of technologies (state-of-the-art and major challenges), modeling, photonics, interfaces and heterostructures, and a detailed description of the advanced characterization techniques of materials and devices.
Session organized by:

Stéphane COLLIN, C2N, CNRS, Univ. Paris-Sud / Paris-Saclay, France
Laurent LOMBEZ, LPCNO, INSA & IPVF-UMR, CNRS, Toulouse, France
Andrea CATTONI, C2N, CNRS, Univ. Paris-Sud / Paris-Saclay, France
Daniel SUCHET, IPVF-UMR, Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France
