The first week will establish a solid, common background for all students, with lectures on fundamental topics in the physics of cold atoms: laser cooling and trapping, cold collision, interferometry, superfluidity. The second week will focus
on the physics of quantum mixtures in fermionic and bosonic systems, addressing, among others, the questions of fermionic superfluidity, miscibility, impurities, molecules, and synthetic dimensions.
