At the forefront of the design of quantum information machines lies the exploration of how one can protect quantum information from decoherence by collective effects in an open quantum system. The school thus aims at providing participants
with a clear picture of the tools at our disposal to engineer quantum information machines with a focus on quantum error correction.

The applications are now closed. Answers to applicants will be given by April 30th.
The school costs 1800€ per participant, which includes lodging and restauration. In case the applicant's lab cannot afford these expenses, we will waive them for a few participants upon the submission of a properly motivated request.
