In March 2020, about a year and a half before the launch of SVOM, we organize a workshop on the operational scientific organization during the mission's operation. This organization will be based on a team of young scientists on call, able to organize the scientific follow-up of SVOM's alerts: the "Burst Advocates". We propose to train the future "Burst Advocates" by putting them in an operational situation with the simulation of alerts from the satellite. After a presentation of the expected role of "Burst Advocates", the participants will carry out four hands-on sessions spread on the whole week.
