This workshop is dedicated to the study of dynamical processes following a laser or collisional excitation, in isolated or solvated molecular structures and over various time scales. Both electronic and vibrational mechanisms will be discussed, be they coherent or not. The formal point of view will be presented as well as ways to access the properties and mechanisms at play through experimental setups or numerical simulations.
