The relaxation dynamics of a non-equilibrium condensed matter state, created by external stimuli such as pulses of light, electric voltages, or particles, reveals information about underlying microscopic physical processes. The workshop will
discuss experimental and theoretical tools to address the this non-equilibrium dynamics in the time domain.
